Chef Gjergji’s tasting menu at Orion was the single greatest meal of my life — and I have dined across four continents. The seafood linguine alone was worth the journey to the Adriatic coast. Truly transcendent.
We celebrated our anniversary in the Orion Suite. The private jacuzzi and the view over the garden and pool at sunrise were something neither of us will ever forget. The staff remembered our names, our preferences — everything. Extraordinary.
